MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT: FOUNDING 100 TERMS

1. Minimum Commitment Period

All Founding 100 memberships require a minimum three-month commitment and are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Early cancellation during the minimum term is subject to the proportional reconciliation described below.

2. Founding 100 Monthly Pricing

Bogey: $99 per month

Par: $650 per month

Eagle: $1,195 per month

Aces: $1,695 per month

Membership benefits apply to personal and household portable-bay use only. The ACE1 Trailer and commercial or event bookings are excluded. Standard service area, availability restrictions, setup limits, and applicable travel fees remain in effect.

3. Early Cancellation Reconciliation

A member who cancels before completing the three-month minimum term will be charged the lesser of the unpaid membership dues remaining in the three-month minimum term or the standard retail value of sessions, discounts, and benefits redeemed, minus membership dues already paid. Any reconciliation amount will not be less than $0. For Bogey members, value redeemed includes booking discounts and other used benefits.

4. Reconciliation Example

An Aces member pays $1,695 for Month 1, uses all 6 included hours, and then cancels. Six portable-bay hours have a standard retail value of $2,250. The value used above the dues paid is $555. Because $555 is less than the two remaining monthly payments, the early cancellation reconciliation is $555.

5. Hour Rollover

Unused included hours may roll over for one billing cycle only. The maximum bank is 4 hours for Par, 8 hours for Eagle, and 12 hours for Aces. Bogey does not include monthly hours. No hours roll over after cancellation.

6. Refund Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable once the first scheduled session is delivered. Other refund requests will be reviewed case by case and may be subject to administrative and payment-processing fees.

7. Cancellation Notice

Members must provide 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Late notice may result in one additional billing period being charged.

8. Membership Holds

Members may request one hold of up to 30 days per year without penalty. Longer holds require approval and may affect renewal pricing or terms.

9. Program Integrity and Reactivation

First-month access to the full included-hour allotment begins after the 14-day trial window unless the member prepays the three-month minimum term. Canceled accounts forfeit all unused and rollover hours. A $100 reactivation fee applies when a canceled member rejoins within six months.

10. Agreement

By purchasing a Founding 100 membership, the member accepts these terms and authorizes applicable membership charges, proportional reconciliation amounts, and cancellation-related charges described above.
