Membership Agreement Section: Early Cancellation Terms

1. Minimum Commitment Period

All membership tiers require a minimum 3-month commitment, regardless of the billing frequency (Monthly / Quarterly / Annually). Early termination within this period results in retroactive billing adjustments.

2. Early Termination Fee

Members who cancel before completing their minimum term will be subject to an early termination fee equivalent to:

  • Par: $150

  • Birdie: $300

  • ACE: $500

3. Usage-Based Reconciliation Clause

If a member utilizes their full allotment of hours but cancels before the 3-month minimum, they agree to be retroactively billed at the standard hourly rate (non-member rate) for time used beyond the prorated value of their paid membership.

Example:

  • Ace member ($675/mo) uses all 6 hours in Month 1, then cancels.

  • Normal event rate: $250/hr → $1,500 value used

  • Only $675 paid → $825 clawback balance due upon cancellation

4. Refund Policy

Memberships are non-refundable once the first scheduled session is delivered. Any refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case and may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

5. Cancellation Notice Requirement

Members must provide a 14-day written notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle. Late cancellations may result in one additional billing period being charged.

6. Membership Hold Policy

Members may request a one-time hold (pause) for up to 30 days per year without penalty. Holds beyond this period require approval and may affect renewal rates or terms.

7. Legal Binding

By subscribing to a membership, the user agrees to these terms and understands that failure to meet cancellation requirements may result in additional charges or suspension from future membership eligibility.

Please Don’t Abuse the Membership Program.  

  • First-Month Trial Restriction: Limit access to full hour usage until after 14-day trial window ends unless prepayment for 3 months is made.

  • “Use it or lose it” clause: Hours roll over 1 month only. No rollovers on canceled accounts.

  • Rejoin Fee: Add a $100 reactivation fee for canceled members who rejoin within 6 months.
