  • What is Aces in Places?

    Aces in Places brings the golf course to you. We’re a mobile golf-simulator experience designed for events, parties, corporate functions, and community gatherings. Our portable bays deliver realistic swing feedback, pro-level tech, and instant setup — no fairway required.

  • How much time do I need to book?

    To ensure a premium experience and proper setup, we have the following minimums:

    Portable Sim Bays: 2-hour minimum.

    ACE1 Flagship Trailer: 4-hour minimum.

  • What types of events do you serve?

    If people are gathering, we can elevate it. From corporate team-building to veteran events, birthday parties, wedding receptions, and fundraisers, we tailor the setup to your space, audience, and vibe. Indoors, outdoors, private, or public — we fit in anywhere.

  • How much space do you need for the ACE1 Trailer?

    The ACE1 is a powerhouse, and it needs room to breathe.

    Travel Dimensions: 25’ L x 8’ W x 13’ H.

    Fully Deployed Footprint: We require a flat, level area of at least 35’ L x 16’ W x 13’ H.

    Note: Please ensure there are no low-hanging branches or power lines in the setup area.

  • How much space for the Portable Sim Bays?

    Our portable bays are designed for versatility.

    Footprint: Approximately 8’ H x 10’ W.

    Hitting Depth: We require at least 6’ of clearance from the golfer to the screen for safety and sensor accuracy.

    Ceiling Height: A minimum of 9'–10' is recommended for full driver swings.

  • How long does setup take?

    We arrive early to handle the heavy lifting. This "buffer time" is included in our logistics and doesn't count against your playtime.

    ACE1 Trailer: 1.5 – 2 hours for setup and teardown.

    Portable Bay (Aluminum Elite): ~1 hour.

    Inflatable Bay (Speed Deployment): 20 – 30 minutes.

  • Do you offer rentals or recurring bookings?

    Yes. We offer short-term rentals for events and recurring setups for golf coaches, corporate campuses, and venues wanting to keep the swing alive longer. Our portable bays are flexible, fast, and fully managed by our team from delivery to teardown.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We are "Aces in Places" for a reason—we go where the money is! We currently hold business licenses in Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County, and frequently serve Carson City and Lake Tahoe.

  • Is there a travel fee?

    Events within our standard Reno/Sparks radius include delivery. For events in Lake Tahoe or outside a 50-mile radius, a mileage surcharge is applied to cover the specialized transport of the rig and setup/teardown logistics.

  • Is it just for golfers?

    Not at all. While we offer tour-level golf data, our simulators feature a full Multi-Sport Arcade. You can switch instantly to Zombie Dodgeball, Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, and more. It’s a hit for kids and non-golfers alike.

  • What happens if it rains?

    The ACE1 Trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled—the party stays dry regardless of the weather. For Portable Bays, we can set up under a canopy or move the activation into a garage or indoor space if the weather turns. If conditions become unsafe (high winds/lightning), we will work with you to reschedule.

  • Do I need to provide power?

    Ideally, we plug into a standard 110v outlet within 50 feet of the setup. However, for remote events or parks, we can provide our own silent power source for an additional fee.

  • What is a "Plank Owner"?

    A "Plank Owner" is a member of our Founding 100. These are the first 100 individuals to support the Aces movement. In exchange for their early support, they get lifetime rate locks, priority 48-hour booking, and exclusive "Genesis Block" swag.

  • Can I use my member hours for the Trailer?

    Member hours are primarily designed for Portable Bay sessions at your home or office. However, "Ace" level members can apply their credits toward an ACE1 Trailer rental at a discounted member rate.
